Mario Abaldo
Founder
Mario has worked in design and construction for more than 35 years. His career began at age 15 with certifications in masonry and photovoltaics. Educated at Region 8 Technical School, Southern Maine Vocational Technical School, and the University of Maine at Orono (structural engineering), Mario brings a wealth of experience to every project.
Julian Abaldo
Draftsman/Field Manager
A graduate of Bowdoin College, Julian grew up on his father Mario’s jobsites. He is proficient in AutoCAD and PoolScapes in addition to his hands-on work in concrete and other trades. He brings his experience as an All America NCAA swimmer and NAUI certified SCUBA diver to our aquatics division.
Catherine Abaldo
Researcher
A graduate of Wellesley College, Catherine grew up on her father Mario’s jobsites. She combines practical experience in concrete and carpentry with grounding in the liberal arts as well as marine biology studies in Cape Eleuthera, Bahamas. She is a NAUI certified SCUBA diver.
Sherry Abaldo
Researcher
With a BA from Wellesley College and an MFA from the University of Southern California, Sherry brings a strong background in academia and the arts to each aspect of a project. Married to Mario since 1985, she is well-versed in his approach to design and construction.
